I play co-op with a friend. He plays as a female character, I play as a male character.

I am the host of the game.

When I talk to NPCs about quests, I often get called "she" even though my character is "he".

Also, the male and female are called moose (female), although other animals of different sexes are called differently.

Not for Win 11. It risks getting (security) updates for the OS in the future or some "computer says no" to hard- or software you want to install, which I wouldn't take.

Problem is, us gamers, are not really but practically forced to use Windows.
10 will be fine for 1 or 2 years, still. But sooner or later the missing updates will become a serious risk. And then it's either biting the bullet and installing 11 or trying a Linux alternative.
Since I do more than gaming, I can't really use Linux. And so I begrudgingly switched to 11.
(And immediately stripped it of all phoning home behaviour and bloatware).
Doesn't help your case, because the 1700X has no TPM module afaik but I noticed during the switch to 11 that SecureBoot doesn't need to be switched on, it just needs to be possible to install 11.
Which might be interesting to 1 or 2 people thinking about it.

I have games that I can run on Linux that Windows 11 users have to work to make run or run well.

I bought Clair Obscur without even looking at the Linux-ratings and it worked out of the box just fine.

The issue is and is going to remain the anti-cheat for a good while.

Also, the more people use Linux, the more they have to consider the userbase.

Nah, don't get me wrong here.
If it was JUST gaming I'd be on Linux only already. Bazzite, Proton etc. exist and they work very well.
I'd also want people to switch to Linux because f**k Microsoft and such.

But for me and many others Linux is not really there yet. But we're getting there.
I see a rise in popularity of Linux lately and that's a good thing.

In that case, yeah, do a rest. That's what they're for - getting your cards back from discard.

i probably wouldnt rest unless, i need to refresh items or i have to wait for the avengers to assemble or something. if you have everyone ready, long rest just loses you a turn/card.
