Absolutely not. Get the dlc! :)
The DLC in Civ 5 are huge additions to the game.

Lights are like mosquitos on steroids, hard to hit bc they dodge a lot + smol hitbox and they deal a tons of damage. With headshots.
2 lights with both arn-220 SHREDDED me as heavy from 1 mile away many times bc 95% of hits are headshots, their weapons are too accurate.

this discussion is too long even for me i need to say this straight IF THE GOAL IN THE STOCKMARKET NEVER GETS HIT DOES THAT MEAN THAT CONTENT (WHICH WAS SHOWN) NEVER GETS IMPLEMENTED LIKE THE NEUROLINK LAB AND BY THAT I MEAN IF THE GAME DOESN'T REACH THAT GOAL DO THOSE PART JUST GET SCRAPPED AND THE GAME IS LEFT IN A STATE THAT IS UNFULFILLING TO SEEING THAT CONTENT and to simplify for the last time bc its getting tedious do those work like a kickstarter where you will never get those things if it never hits that goal

My dealers seem to get jumped by the cartel far too often, and I usually don't have the time to run around collecting money from them, so I'm losing both product AND profit.

Also, one of my dealers complained about not having a weapon after she lost everything she was carrying; I did give her a 1911, but it got stolen during a previous cartel ambush.

Having said that, I do like the graffiti system; I mostly use it to write swear words and various insults aimed at the police and cartel.

For the most part, if you hold a direction and SP, you should get a different special. If you hold back and SP, you should get a character's distortion drive.
