Making higher modifiers more common in later sectors is a good idea. I'd still like there to be a chance to get really good modifiers at lower levels but yeah maybe a weight system would help a lot there.

Plenty of games don't add achievements retroactively. Some people just want to get the 100% and move on, especially with a game that gets repetitive and stale fast such as this one

If this game is so repetitive and stale to you, then move onto another one. Zero reason to insult the game. If you don't want to support the devs and the game by buying a DLC, then simply don't, especially if you don't think getting all of the achievements is worth it. It's as simple as that. These devs truly care about this game, fans should be grateful for having another huge content update to look forward to.

Yea there are a lot of items that don't have use, and some that do. We are trying to add uses to more items now.
Most of the gems at the moment are mostly for selling, but our plan is to make them be used for a magic based weapon class.
