Welp. Things are going FUBAR. Definitely gearing up the Xbox release for some mass heroic Pushback. I do wonder how effectively we can hold off the onslaught for now, though.

yeah, and then? this game has not much more to offer than dive on a small map, repeat the same objectives, extract. nothing will change, this is not a "real" war in wich we have some sort of agency. we will just dive on the same maps, closer to super earth (wich changes nothing on the gameplay) or far away, no difference anyway. this game is getting boring, fast.

I have had this in my journal for ages, and am now ready to go to The Place Inbetween. So I have no idea how this quest is supposed to be turned in - it's obviously the last side quest, and I think I have revisited every portal (in case I needed to do that). Is this a known bug? I see a couple of other mentions of the issue, and have watched a video of the same lack of quest completion, but no solution offered. Anybody know?

Thanks for letting me know. I wasn’t aware this was an issue, but I just checked the code and yes, it’s a bug. If you don’t choose the correct dialogue option when speaking to Godfrey, you’ll trigger the next part of the quest “Gone In A Flash” without “Fast Travel” being marked as completed in the journal.

It doesn’t affect gameplay other than leaving it listed as an active quest, of course. I’ll make sure to fix it in the next update.

So , i think i found a way to generate infinite stuff.

First, you'll need some upgrades, mainly:
-Restore 1 focus per wait action
-Healing items heal more, at least 1, but 3 is much better and a meat can item research
-some extra max hp and focus would be nice

Then, its simple. Find a weak enemy (or defeat enemies in a group until one is left) that has low damage/turn and spam "wait" action.
When on low hp, just escape the fight
Create the meat cans to heal back, and you will probably still have more focus than you started with.

Its kinda boring, but may help if you're stuck without offensive items.

I think the amount of damage you take is based on the remaining units attack. So if you have only one enemy unit left but it has 40 attack, you get 40 damage. But the maximum damage you get is capped to 50 in story mode, with the exception of bosses, losing there will always end the run, and 20 in arena mode.

nop, sometimes I take 50+ dmg from 1 troop left from many, and sometimes it's 20 from a half hp elite

Why are people buying early access games and then complaining when its in early access

The open world was promised by summer. Its 23rd of August and there was pretty much 0 content, let alone something major like an open world. Thats why the people are complaining, rightfully so, since they were lied to

They changed the early acces roadmap I am waiting for it too but they said that other things where a higer priority now like fixing bugs and the main assetto corsa game (driving on tracks)

Games (like this) die quickly without a decent competitive scene. All relic games after DoW 2 flopped because they weren't made for pro players from DoW 2/CoH 1. Multiplayer must be a focus (DoW 1 was also a success despite really bad campaign because of online community)

Yea. That's the reason Iron Harvest flopped. Once your done with the campaign and figured out the bots. What else is there to do? Multiplayer is the only way to get more value out of your RTS game. All the popular RTS games right now have a healthy multiplayer scene. There's not a single RTS game with a high player count that is singleplayer only.

They Are Billions has now 3,411 people online, that game has no online mode

way more than modern AAA RTS combined.
