Who is your top 3 hardest career in your opinion ?

Alright, for me right now the top 3 hardest are:
1. El Condor Pasa
2. Winning Ticket
3. Rice Shower

Rice shower is tough, because her career path takes her across all sorts of random distances ranging from mile-to-long and tops off with the Arima Kinen, which is one of the most difficult long-distance races in the game.

Winning Ticket's career path is very similar to Rice Shower's but she has a weaker skillset than Rice, which makes it tougher.

El Condor Pasa is even worse, because not only does she need to finish the Arima Kinen, but she's pretty much only doing MILE-long races up to that point, which means if you build stamina in preparation for the Arima Kinen you'll likely wipe to faster racers before you can even reach it!
Her specialties are also Pace-Chaser and Late-Surger, and her third-to last race is the Tazuna Kinen, a 2200m race with NINE pace chasers and FIVE late-closers!
And she needs to place FIRST in order to progress!!!
If you don't have at least two maneuvering skills that activate early-mid race, you WILL get boxed into oblivion - I ran the race with two late-race maneuvering skills, but because the track is only 2200m, the last stretch wasn't long enough for her to fully accelerate after breaking free from the box, and she consistently placed 3rd.

Basically if you don't have Prudent Positioning and Shrewd step from Tokai Teio by that point, you may as well restart the run right then and there, because you're basically cooked.
(you COULD go with Thunderbolt Step, but El Condor Pasa only has one other medium-length race in her entire career, and it won't help you at all on the Arima Kinen, so it's questionable if it's worth investing in)

Keep believing, after all you can always play Scum solo on your computer when it no longer receives any updates or maybe on a rented or dedicated server!

If you look at the whole chart yes, you'll see there are periods where the average player count rises and falls. That's normal. This has happened for the entirety of the games existence on Steam. All other games see the same thing, before, at, and after 1.0. Focusing on the peak count while the average is rising in an attempt to imply things are dropping more than they are is disingenuous at best.

If "any number drops do not bode well" why is it normal for almost all games after release?

Sure, we can see if the count continues to drop, and if it does the devs will have to make changes (unless, for whatever reason, it makes no difference to them). I've said that before. Believe it or not I think the CON issue needs some adjustment also. I just don't think it's worth even a fraction of the angst it's getting. The devs have already said in a couple of threads (for those that insist there's no communication from the devs)...

As for the number of servers let's look a little farther back. You're implying a short term drop indicates a major problem, but there's been a rise from an average of about 5000 in early June to the current average of just over 9000 now, and yes hitting 10,000 at points, (6/16 to 6/22). June 17th was the release of 1.0. Yes, I consider that a success. You don't think doubling the servers after 1.0 is a success?

A small, and normal for any game, change in server numbers just isn't indicative of anything more than normal fluctuation.

Can the game survive below 25,000 daily players? Yes. Quite a few actually. See every game here, starting with #40 on down:

You're implying that the game is going to stay at that player number however. There's no way to know that without time though. 7 Days to Die had quite a drop after their 1.0 release while also continuing development, as Scums devs intend to do, and recovered nicely.

I get the frustration when things aren't the way someone wants. It happens to me as well. I just don't think it's worthy of this much caterwauling.

Imo the point of playing a mage is specifically not to run anywhere to get stuff. Bite yourself through the hard beginnings, and get super powerful later on - that is the mage's journey.

imagine thinking you need to run somewhere to get something asap when all you need to win is casting blue
