I mean this in the nicest way possible as a player of both Survivor and Killer

Both Killers and Survivors think only their fun matters in the average game.

Things that ruin fun for killers:
People who bring flashlights
SWF
BMing (the most common)
Gen rushing
Meta/Sweat builds

Things that ruin fun for survivors:
Tunnel
Camp
Slug
Deep Wounds (I dislike survivors who complain about this btw)
Killers they don't know how to counter or lack of counter

Problem is the way the game is made killers most of the time are just playing with the tools given, some killers will start to tunnel or camp due to the survivors ruining their fun or the last game they played ruining their fun. For survivors I don't know what makes them act the way they do sometimes but it's infuriating.

I agree that the game should be fun on both sides but unfortunately both sides feel pitted against each other in the community. People are sick of the balance changes invalidating items,perks, addons or people are sick of maps being too small or too large.

Ultimately the community is toxic as an accidental biproduct of the how the game is managed or the hard baked things which haven't changed in years.

Anyway this is how I view it all, not to say there isn't good eggs n such. I try my best to play the most respectful killer and survivor i can but there are moments I don't want to be tilted.

I agree, I still think things can be done to improve the overall experience. Part of the blame for it lies more on the devs lap than on the plalyers, but still.

There needs to be some changes.

I have installed this 3 times and still want to try again to make it work . I have had it 5 months now and it crashes after 20 mins . $ lost 15 usd

It's funny how many of you are quick to assume I am "pissed off" or impatient. At no point have I flamed or criticised. I have simply asked for what reason he would choose to not hire help, given that he could easily afford to and not make everyone have to wait.

His vision doesn't need to be compromised, he can continue to have all the say and all the input while a team completes the work on his behalf. He could even release DLC and charge money for it - which I would pay for and I'm sure many others would as well.

You can make sharpening stones, the recipie is a reward for a questchain that ends in act3 but at that point you don't need em anymore. They restock regularly in shops and are cheap. Since with a few respecs now and then you can make "infinite" money that isn't an issue.
