Its all about limiting the download speed so their servers dont get overloaded when large groups of people all Que up around the same time.

They dont want whats akin to a DDOS kicking off.

Okay, my English isn't that good, but I'll try my best.

I assumed it was possible to copy builds and save them in the build library for later use.

So I copied a build to the clipboard, clicked "paste from clipboard," gave the build a fancy name, and clicked "save to library."

I was then able to load this build, and the Auto-Train button appeared. After using the button, I also received confirmation that auto-training was complete and the loaded build was trained. However, the skill trees remained empty, and not a single point was spent.

This method only works for me on the first visit to the safehouse with completely new characters in a new playthrough. However, once the characters have leveled up a bit, this library thing no longer works for me after a respec, and it's as described above.

In the playthrough I'm playing seriously, and where the problems occur, the characters are level 8-11. What worked here was not using the saved builds in the library, but instead, after copying a build to the clipboard, simply clicking "Paste from clipboard." From there, everything works. I can load the build, use Auto-Train, and everything is as it should be.

I hope this is explained in a way that is somewhat understandable.

That will work.

I suspect the most recent patch, which changed the code for shuttle landing selection, may have had some effect there. The old save game and the new code did not play well together.
