Thanks guys but I ended up refunding the game. I didn't like the ascetic but I can see why the game is popular.

Elitists don't actively drive away people, they want to help them by providing advices. Peoples leave by themselves without even trying what elitist explained to them. As a thank you, devs nerf the game so no one want to play it anymore.

Getting the secret garden trough the blessing of the monk should give you access to the antechamber. I would wait with drafting your outside room though until you are ready to go because drafting the secret garden spreads food around the house. If you dont have the conference room to keep the food spread, it makes it really easy to get your steps back after being cursed and your throne room is in a far away spot.

It's open world. You can explore anything whenever you want.
