Skarsnik will practically always get a waaagh in the early game, and it will almost always be targeted at Karaz. Thorgrim will generally survive for a bit though, because it takes awhile to siege it down. It's not easy, relatively speaking, but you can still push through your territory enough, confederate your neighbor, and hop over to help him in time before he gets taken out, though it does leave you pretty vulnerable at home because of your income penalty. You may as well nomad over and sacrifice your capital for a better one, Kerak is an obvious choice for your quest, but that Black Mountain or whatever above it is just as good as a staging point before you move south.

What's the point of doing so? Supcom FA can't physically handle this amount of units anyway, and at least I personaly don't see fun in having more units if game is unbearable slow from it.

It feels like the timers are the main way the game can create tension and enforce careful decision making in terms of character builds, how much time you spend exploring a mission, and which missions you take. To that end I think just axing the timers would have created its own set of problems.

It is, however, pretty frustrating that recovering after a mission is so prohibitively expensive. Resting for a week feels like a huge loss. It also exacerbates things that healing nodes in dungeons are only ever single use and the only ways to restore stamina I've come across are off of the roulette nodes and thus pretty random. A class that can heal or restore stamina might break these systems but you really feel the lack of one and building a support character feels really awkward in the initial stages of the game.

I think the intent's pretty clearly that you offset these problems by playing the game multiple times. Customizable difficulty, a bunch of tiers of challenge modifiers, characters only having 3 ability slots, all these things seem to indicate you're supposed to start on a more lax difficulty and get a feel for the game so you have the knowledge to create strong builds and get ahead early on.

even in darkness its playable, just keeping the few ceiling Anomalies in Pitch black until the end, when there are no others left :D

this is just an opinion, a mixed feeling, a letter to the creators that I hope they read and can learn from how at least one of their fans feels, I was there at 18 years old when the first Vampire - redemption game came out, a game that broke the mold and to which I spent countless hours and I was also there when I played bloodlines with all my might, which I also hated and loved for countless hours, for being an unfinished wonder that destroyed its creators, today August 15th and after countless excuses I have lost faith, I will remove bloodliens 2 from my wish list and wish the best to the game and the company that is creating it, I am no longer interested in the game or anything that you guys have to offer, I don't think the game will come out this year, two months after its supposed release and I don't even have a price which I can preorder the game, no news since March (I know you have discord, but I will not buy the game from discord so I don't understand why I have to receive the news from another place) I hope I'm wrong and you can release the game in October and it's the most incredible thing ever done, because I only wish you the best, but I'm not going to buy it, I work facing the public and I know firsthand, even more so with social networks that you have to be clear and always be upfront and without wanting to be hurtful in any way I wish the best to Chinese Room, Paradox and all future Bloodlines 2 players.

I'm honestly just happy to see updates continuing to roll out, i think this is already a great game and has awesome potential. Not everyone is going to love this game, but in a genre that's only really started to gain a lot of notice and traction in the last few years, this is amazing. The detail is great, the story is good, graphics are pretty good {steamdeck}. Did i mention I'm running this on a steamdeck? Throughly impressed and enjoyed
