Yeah im 44 on my main guys like 40-42 on some others I mess with in the border op and I tried the lvl 40 op and got past the first two stages with not a lot of issues but the 3rd stage I couldn't do it could have been bad RNG dunno. I think you have to look at it this way.

Your post can be intepreted in such as way that you recommend those tactics because you cant find bandits at the beginning. Ruffio then say they are infact there you just dont have the scouting ability to find them.
