When you open a ticket, you have to choose something else, another question, or whatever it may be (I don't remember the exact phrasing off the top of my head).

If you choose "refund," you get immediately routed to the automatic system, no matter what, and it will auto deny you with no chance to appeal.

Amazing job, outstanding customisation when it comes to the in game settings. As someone who has actual tinnitus it's very heartwarming to see I can turn the in game tinnitus off lol.

Love the FOV options and weapon view options and customisation of the controls. It's all just real bang on.

My only feedback with the settings is the UI resets when exiting a textile and then the other is that there aren't enough specifics with graphics settings. Maybe it's a beta thing but I'd like to adjust specific aspects of the graphics like the shaders without affecting the textures.

Return to form for battlefield, ignore the cod copy complaints those peoples brains are fried from the last 6 years of brain rot the world has produced. They will recover and come to their senses when they see everyone else having fun.

The scope glint is insane.

Every sniper looks like they have a giant spotlight mounted on his helmet.

I don't even recon much, but even I think its god awful. It just LOOKS bad.

Hell half the time the scope glint is so severe you can't even see the sniper itself, its like a permanent anti-stealth flashbang.

This game is a hidden gem! I've had loads of fun with the demo, cleared it with every character and decided to immediately buy the full version. Sadly, no controller support in the full version either :(

I know the game was released two years ago and that you probably don't care about it that much, but please, add controller support. It's a simple game that would really benefit from it. Thanks.

It literally makes no difference and you don't notice it playing the game, everyone is decked out in full gear. I'm not on the battlefield saying "oh wait is that a WOMAN???" it's just another soldier.

I think those who find this an issue need to seriously look inwards at themselves and find that their issue isn't with breaking immersion or whatever, it's an issue with being a little sexist.
