We've seen some recurring questions from our players so we've put together a FAQ.

QUESTION: My game crashes when going into full screen or shows only a black screen with the mouse cursor and audio working. What can I do to fix it?

For users with AMD graphics cards
Open your AMD Adrenaline software, navigate to the Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers entry in the Games section, go to Graphics, Radeon Super Resolution, change from Enabled to Enabled (Borderless Fullscreen). If this does not work, turn off all quality/performance options in AMD Adrenaline. E.g Radeon Image Sharpening and Anti-lag.

For users with NVIDIA graphics cards
Right click on your desktop and select the NVIDIA Control Panel option. You should start on the "Adjust Image Settings with Preview" page. If not then you can find it under the "3D settings" group on the left side of the window. On this page, select the "Let the 3D application decide" option under the preview, then click apply. This should solve the issue.

If neither of these work the game can be returned to windowed mode by changing the following settings in the player settings file.
is_fullscreen to false
windowed_multiplier to 1.
This file can be found in: %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers

QUESTION: My Steam Deck seems to be unable to launch the game

We are seeing some reports from players that by default the Steam Deck is launching the windows version of the build rather than the Linux version. To fix please follow the steps below:

On your Steam Deck, find Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers in your library. On the right hand side press the Settings cog. Select "Properties". In the new screen select "Compatibility". In here there is a tick box to "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool", select this. This opens a drop down menu, to use the native Linux build scroll to the bottom and select "Steam Linux Runtime".

This will prompt the build to update.

QUESTION: Workshop support? Mobile/console ports?

The mission bugs, the absurd challenge ideas, and the fact that we've only just been able to launch and join multiplayer servers for European players have made the event more complicated and painful, but it's still a choice whether to do it or not.

I have given up on doing them because, as people have been complaining about for ages, when I try to start a hunt all I get is a blank blue square and no maps to select.

Can we get a few new options both on the side bar, and in the shelf system to sort by names of specific friends who own the game, "Last Updated", and "FIle Size"?

Yes guys its confirmed and is already being tested.

The Battle Royale mode will be free and available for everyone.
The guys on EA has confirmed it and they are already testing through Battlefield Labs.

It could be available later after the main game release, around October 10 this year.
They want to replicate Warzone popularity maybe, and we want this for sure.

Lets wait and rock and roll!
