We are a group of 7 - and all bought GZW in july, some time after the 0.3 update. Was interested since the first announcement, but have too many milsim / tactical games, that never really evolved...so I was waiting how GZW will develop. After I played for a week, I told my 6 other friends to buy...and they did.

We all love the game, the idea, and the vision behind it. I'm rank 23 now, my mates around 12. We play almost every evening, when wife and kids are in bed ;) GZW delivers a unique experience, and has its own vibe and atmo.

The problem tho, it's still in early state, and no hate, but it was a tech-demo before Winds Of War. Many players still don't realize, that 0.3 lifted it on a proper EA level. Also...you have to see the big whole vision behind the project, instead of beeing picky with single bugs, and smaller problems. It's pre-alpha, but some people treat it, like it was a final game.

Really looking forward to 0.4 in fall. There is so much potential. Some stuff that we would love to see, that would make the world more alive and dynamic.

• Lore/Story Quests (which will some with 0.4)
• Wildlife, some deers, maybe snakebites for intoxication
• Binoculars
• More Healing Animations
• Sharing items directly, without dropping it, or need donation box in base

We play with different hardware, from older rigs with GTX 1080, to 4080, 5060Ti, 5070Ti...and 9800X3D, 5800X3D, Intel 8700k - yes, stutters are there, but UE has almost always stutters, in any game...but it's still playable for all of us.

I don't think it's the name, even the great Mauser_NATO is known to put in anti-Communist messages on his texture files. It is only the furry backlash that did him in.

As a flank team player and 1v1 player I have realized in hundreds of games:

- in 1v1 Arabia, minute 8-10 you have archers OR scouts in your eco.
- in 2v2+ Arabia, minute 8-10 you have scouts AND archers in your eco.

Lesson: Better play 1v1 Arabia. Much less depressing.
