i cant continue with the cartel quest cause i dont have the RDX anymore

had the same issue, the only way i managed to lock on a target was by pressing undesignate, and then the radar locked on the target for some reason.

ADS is useful for accuracy, but it has drawbacks. It typically slows player movement and isolates/tunnel visions their view. The game does give you a few scenarios where you can engage enemies at a distance, but it's not common. The play style encourages players to be aggressive in medium/close range, using cloak to start engagements quietly or as a retreat tactic. It's the same principle games like F.E.A.R. or Postal 2 rely on. Full spectacle and carnage, instinctual instead of tactical.

It's a slow burn, but it does ramp up over time. On top of that, there are combat rooms as well. The campaign is fine, but it does get in the way too often.

From day one, characters are trying to talk your ear off and it just doesn´t stop. Absolutely terrible pacing for game that is supposed to be relaxing exploring retreat.

Interactions should be a treat sprinkled here and there with option to start one yourself, one player should be excited about. Instead I´m rolling my eyes at 5th forced interaction with Tilde in 5 days.

So 9 hours in, I´m putting this game to ice, with no desire to further explore Bookstonbury in hope this might be addressed one day and content will be nicely paced.

I´m putting this feedback in discussion, as I appreciate the work put into this game´s other aspects and cannot review it either positive or negative.

i think the npcs only use base weapon stats, as most of the time my main guns only start fireing at half their cap range.

so if its a purple beam for instance, its 100 range plus the turret boni if any. they all should have a "imaginary" captain though, and some base stats based on lvl i assume.

so for that purple beam i would guess at something around 200 max range, as my ship atm has a nearly 400 range gun and starts shooting only at half that distance at most enemies on autofire, if i not command it otherwise.

The only issue is that the game states that it rotates items in and out, but instead it does not, people should talk about it more so they the devs would what their game state is does.
