There is your only real mistake. This is a game that punishes confidence inherently and rewards the paranoid.

Like others have said, fire and flames are a great equaliser for any powerlevel. Quasimorphosis is also just a benefit at those late stages.

Loved it on older maps, middle of the snow biome, you find a desert patch.

Act 1, Greek, is mostly easy until the Telkine.
Then Act 2, Egypt is still remains mostly easy, with some occasional spikes here and there
Then Act 3, China, will start kicking your butt halfway in and wont let up all the way to Typhon, including a gauntlet/army of a midboss you fought in Act 1.
Then Act 4, the Underworld, comes with Machae Master Archers to snipe you to deaths.

I've just reached those master archers in act 4, I was dead before I even realized what happened..... (first ever playthrough)

They are very fast, and do high pierce damage, which is hard to find resistance for in general. They're the most common mobs on the way to Hades.
I think they're probably one of the most dangerous mobs in act 4 if not the entire game.
And one main quest requires you to fight THREE heroic versions....
Ive brought like 4 characters of different builds, including a Paladin, to act 4. Not one of them has an easy time here.

ye, it was needed to hit the NPC, which was supprise because he was marked as a "friend" ;)

This feels like:

- sacrifice a goat at a blood moon
- take its blood and paint a smiley on the moon during an eclipse
- father a child during the same eclipse
- sacrifice the child in the name of EA during the next eclipse
- take its blood and paint a crying smiley on the moon this time
- randomly file this paper A-287 to your nearest traffic office and wait till they have time
- wait 25+ years in jail for what u did above - depending on your local laws
- what did i actually wanted to do again?
- oh yeah lets play battlefield 7 1/2
- sacrifice a goat at a blood moon while the alien president is holding your hand

No matter what they call this game, 1.0, 2.0..., it is still early access and treated like early access. Even their own splash screen still says it is pre-release software.

So I am about 80 percent done with the main game and halfway through the dlc. I mainly used advanced weapons. I switched to a technique build and am not sure which technique blades and handles to level up. Right now I am using the boost glaive handle with a tech cranq and the mjolnir hammer head attatched to it. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear it Thank you

Anyone has this issue in cutscenes with foliage (trees, flowers, etc), when there is camera cut some of those takes a second to load and it looks very jarring and immersion breaking?
