can you try going back to the previous version to confirm it's an issue with 1.9?
You can do so by right clicking the game in your library -> properties -> betas, from the drop-down list you can choose fallback. It should download the 1.8 version.

get good. you need to get better at the game and play it everyday like me.

Fair, but that's bit stopid, cause now i have to basically open about 10k more packs of destiny to get the Ghost foil by hand which takes like 60 ish hours, i'm gonna lose interest in the game. Pack opener should either work with all achievements or not work at all.

That isn't how probabilities work. Future outcomes do not depend on past outcomes. In other words, you could get ghost foils twice in a row. In other, other words your chance of getting one is the same on pack 10 as it is on pack 50,000.

I've gotten two, by hand, and only have 23 hours of gameplay. I don't think the probabilities shown in the guide are correct either, or rather not the complete story because 15% of players have that achievement yet only 6% have opened even 10,000 packs. I certainly haven't, yet have gotten two.

So i started a Game in Holy Nation Territory, traveled to the 3 Big Cities and found only Small Shacks for sale. Now i watched a Youtube Video where someone recommended Cities for the start and their version of the City Stack looks different than mine. I have a Bakery where he has a ruined Longhouse and where the Streamer has a Bakery i have Holy Nation Barracks. Someone in the Comments of the Video posted that Bad Teeth also has Longhouse which is not there in my game, but should be according to a internet search.

So why do my Towns look different? I deactivated all my mods for testing and loaded my last save with the "Import Game" function and the "Import Buildings" option unchecked so it will reset all Buildings, but the City of Stack remained the same, only some Small Shacks available for sale and the same layout. Was there a change with an update or what can cause this?
