And just to be clear, "nonconsensual mutilation of a person or body part," clearly refers to violence and ♥♥♥♥ like Fatalities in Mortal Kombat, so they are already setting up their pieces to ban violent video games.

I didn't miss that but I'm glad you noted it. I'll add it to my list(I'll repost it if you want) alongside arcnum, baldurs gate, chaos head, etc.

I just think it is important because they put it in writing that they will be going after violent video games. I don't even really care for MK.

I just bring up GTA, DOOM, and Mortal Kombat so often because they were the main 3 targets of censorship efforts in the late 90s and early 2000s.

Yeah, watching some of the old preview videos they seemed to have more features. they were a little rough, but it looks like they cut a lot out to get to publishing.

Bandai made a Steam appid back in 2014, but I believe a PC release was quietly cancelled after that. It never released on Steam.
