As we have anti cheat, i have a slightly undergut feeling that this is done trough a DMA/DMR cheat ( Direct Memory Access or others might also call it as Direct Memory Reading), which are at this moment impossible to be detected. Its a big plague that only grows bigger at this very moment.

For those wondering what it means

DMR (Direct Memory Reading) cheating is when someone uses a second computer or special hardware to connect to their main gaming PC and read or change the game’s memory in real time. Because the cheat runs outside the main PC’s operating system, even kernel-level anti-cheats can’t see it. This makes it possible to get things like wallhacks, aimbots, or no recoil without being detected. It’s a highly advanced form of cheating and very hard for developers to block.

No need for another PC or anything for that. The problem stems from the fact that the game code and servers don't verify enough assets and hashes (MD5) in processes and variables, making the game too susceptible to modification.
On Unity (the game engine), too few developers spend enough time to lock all the game's strata with a data verification script.
