i play the game for 3 years or little more without ESO+ and dont have problems with space, well, off course i have problems with space but you need be creative organize the stuff, sure if Zenimax offer more 10 or 20 slots is nice when subs. ends, but that never will happen so you need be creative, and yes, is 2 game in 1 , TESO and Backpack Simulator.

Personaly i never was a MMORPG fan, but i start play this games ,dont know , maybe 5 years ago , not sure , but one game i like a lot the game is/was SWTOR (Satr Wars The Old Republic) was cool because when people subscribe and when end the sub. you stay with few things in your account forever and one these things is very important to evolve your characters, true Zenimax offer always something when you have sub., but personaly if they offer more slots when sub. ends that i bet more people will sub. even 5 slots i sub. right away if they offer only 5 slots for the player stay with 5 slots forever in their account when ends ythe sub. i never buy ESO+ like the other's games MMORPG dont buy sub, only buy on SWTOR , 10€ i think (nice price) and you stay with few things and like i said one off these things was very important for your characters evolve.

note: my english is not perfect i hope you understand and Zenimax too

CRPG or Visual Novel

I disagree with you on the necessity of combat to be "an RPG," but this is definitely a visual novel. I don't know if this is controversial or not, but I'd say Disco Elysium is as well.

An RPG has a few important words right there on the tin: "Role-playing" and "(playing)- Game," and these toys, while interesting, don't meet the expected and well-established criteria for either. Stepping into the character of Guybrush Threepwood or King Graham, and clicking through their deterministic storylines isn't quite RPG "role-playing," it's "adventure gaming," a genre definition that was invented for the purpose of describing that type of play. So you might call it that. On the other foot, "adventure games" set an expectation of puzzle-solving, and I would argue that fetch-questing and clicking through dialogue isn't that either (I'm looking at you here, Lamplight City!)

So if you don't have the puzzle-solving aspect, and the only "role" you "play" is clicking through (even if it has some sort of rudimentary stat system for success or failure behind the curtain) then it is far more accurately described as a novel than a game, let alone "an RPG."

This doesn't have to be taken as a negative thing--FMVs are an interesting niche, as are "walking simulators." But it is nice to have words describe things accurately, so that potential players and buyers know what to expect. This item here is nearly identical to Pendula Swing, which is a far cry from Baldur's Gate if that's what you were led to believe you were sitting down to.
