It's not a thing on all fish and it's very faint on the ones that have it. Eventually you stop seeing it, too, especially if the tank is full of fish and decorations. It's still there and if you look for it you'll see it, but it mostly disappears otherwise.

Same for Loadouts. The fact that you can quickly switch between "Day" and "Night" gear, for example, it's crucial since gear has stats, buffs and such attached to it.

They improved how we handle items and gear and that's the most important point here.

1. You don’t need day and night gear in DL1 because the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ armor system and timer don’t exist in it

2. You can have multiple throwables equipped in DL1

1) Gear with Stats is a DL2 thing and I mentioned that in the same reply. But Loadouts also affects items, which adds even more flexibility to the separated sub-menus.

2) In DL1 you only have 4 slots for all items. DL2 has separated sub-menus for throwables and consumables with 4 slots each. So you can easy access to up to 8 items at all times.

There are many, many other survival games which contain all sorts of conflict and violence and I have some of them myself, e.g. The Forest which is in my Steam backlog and Green Hell which I have on Switch.

I don't want to engage in that kind of stuff all the time though, and the peaceful nature of Planet Crafter is a major part of the appeal for me. I had it wish listed during EA and back then the developers made it clear they had no intention of adding enemies to fight and I'm glad they've kept their word.

And sorry about the cursor issue. F12 toggles the visibility of the cursor , is there any chance you might have pressed that? Just trying to debug the issue.

f12 is the function on steam. Maybe it could be changed in the future since most players loves taking screenshots lol thanks for the prompt response!
