The spam is already in Bf6.
Usually you nerf spam with less charges and shots, not with rendering the equipment useless.
All it does right now is to remove gameplay, thats it.
The C4 charges itself, which shouldnt exist and neither should you have 4 right after spawn, 1-2 at best and only rechargable with an ammo supply box.

Thats how you solve things.
Ive even had multiple scenarios with perfect timing and perfect play, got behind a tank with 4 engineers repairing that was stomping the game, threw 4 C4s on it and wanted to blew myself up because everyone was aware.. no kills, no tank down, 280 dmg.
The most dissatisfying experience to PTFO or Teamplay at all.

A sequence may still be possible. I once saw in one of the comments on YouTube from one of the developers not denying the possibility of a legacy ancestor 2.I mean, the game had 3 DLCs, which certainly brought in some return.

Ah, sorry I thought you confused about the point of the rover.

To get rid of the oil fires you need the misty clouds to extinguish them, which ironically needs very low moisture. Likely because the biomes prefer it to be drier to be ideal and so having the equivalent of rainfall triggered by extremely high precipitation would actually work against the player.
