I preordered this day one of the original preorder back in 2020. Even with the development hell and questionable decisions they had made over the years, I stuck with it, hoping to support the devs in their endeavor and hopefully get a worthwhile game out of the situation. But I absolutely will not support devs who pull this kind of day-one bullcrap and have cancelled my preorder. I encourage anyone else who has done this to do so as well, until and unless Paradox reverses their cash-grab actions.

What if I told you I only enjoy art that was made by actual people? Everything that makes art what it is gets lost when you generate it using AI.

Maybe if or when AI reaches a level of sapience that is comparable to our own and is actually able to create art instead of images, then I might be more receptive to it. Until then, it should remain a novelty.
