They got rid of Railjack new damage type for a reason, because it was confusing, no need for adding more back into the mix.

It's only limited to one frame, and in a way it's just an unique status abilities, like Limbo makes enemies rifted, Wisp makes them surged, Revenant makes them enslaved, while this frame will make them chopped/penetrated/ripped.
