That's per 100,000 residents.

The 100k is the unit of measurement. "Per capita" is proper since it's saying "Per every 100k people".

Despite the hype of the original trailer 9 years ago, I think they as a studio have far surpassed themselves. This is another welcome addition to the N.M.S universe. It's took a while, but they are beginning to realise their vision.

Thanks again. Finished up the rest of the trophies I needed with a PS5 controller, works surprisingly well. The gamepad support's very nice to sitback and relax with autoaim on and just enjoy the atmosphere.
