I Lved up my second class from Lv 1 in HOE.
If you have a maxed out Vulcan your Perk level doesn't really matter.
You can carry most of the other max Lv Potato's.
I rather a Lv1 with maxed Vulcan in HOE then a Lv 30 with a maxed gun that is not meta.
Losing Vs PVE because stubborn isn't really my thing. Looking at you meta haters.

You know you are in because you get a code.

An alternative is buying a code on a key store.

Preorders and other things don't get you in.

TBH I did NOT know this. Generally when I read "open beta" I assume it's a BLOODY OPEN BETA, not some BS hidden behind 15 convoluted conditions.

They state in the press data that the first two days are early access open beta, everyone gets in, in 2 days.
