is there an option to create own character or i have to wait till ver 1.0 ?

I bought the game not only because it was on sale, but also because I had received a gift card from a fan of my Steam curator page. On top of that, I got an even bigger discount thanks to the bundle offer, since I already owned the other game in the bundle.

I really enjoyed the game, even though the controls are a bit difficult to get used to at first. My main issue is that I constantly have to restart—not because I lose to enemies, but because I keep running out of fuel. Once I can’t move anymore, I don’t know what to do. I thought there might be an option to send a distress signal or something similar, but no, nothing happens. So, after realizing I was stuck, I restarted the game… only for the same thing to happen again.

After the first battle with the three ships, I ran out of fuel in almost the exact same place: near a city, but not close enough to land and refuel. When I tried to turn back, I still ran out of fuel and had to restart. After three attempts I got frustrated, so I decided to ask here for advice.

I love this game because its the only farming game that captures that rustic vibe and struggle. But i want to struggle more! My ideal hard mode would be no fast travel. Every npc full hates you and takes 3 times as much gifts to make them like you. Make a lot of the structures like the barn and fences be broken at start so you need to fix them. Maybe you straight up live in a shack in the woods and have to buy the land back form the mayor? There is a lot you could do for a hard mode and would love to see this at some point.
