User reviews don't work though when the system is abused. Review bombing for random reasons shouldn't happen. Also, it shouldn't be a blank box for people to write just whatever they want, ASCII pics, tantrums, and unrelated texts like jokes, recipes, etc.

I'd say language of the reviews is the least of the problems of the system.
