I didn't do this. I suggested you to also report them through the in game support page which is more effective. I also suggested you disabling comments on your profile. You can report toxic posts on your profile. Steam does take action against them. I've received a few notifications recently of action taken on Steam against some nasty comments I reported recently.

Report thread, and get this guy banned.
