you can have decent equipment without the rng talisman. people being mad about optional gameplay will never not be funny to me.

It's terrible.

I played for almost 2 hours and I still don't really know what I just played.

I managed to escape with a stolen ticket for the train.
Reading the whole thing makes it a bit hard to follow anyting.

I think the goal is to either be a very bad boy or be a very good boy, not sure.
I think the goal is to get all the different endings to escape.

Anyway, the concept looked interesting but I wonder what will be the difference in the full game? New cities? More "sidequests"?

You progress in rank and the main goal seems to be getting rank #1 legend like always in these games. If you're a streamer you can show it off to viewers and put in stream title. Maybe you will even get invited to one of the tournaments.
