Ohhhh, so now you suddenly believe the lawsuit? Where was that energy for the past month? What happened to "a LaWsUiT iSnT eViDeNcE?"
Yes, you are correct. It isn't evidence. There could be some clause that allows Krafton to overwrite creative decisions they deem harmful to the IP. But so far neither side seems to have taken issue with the creative direction of the game. Krafton is challenging UWE on a lack of content, polish and missing deadlines and not creative decisionmaking. Why would I challenged them on something but parties seem to agree with.

I really don't care about your personal anecdote.
I figured if there even is the tiniest hope of you understanding what is and isn't part of creative control simple, practical examples might help. The exmaples I picked weren't hard to understand. Very clear cut and easy to apply to all sorts of similar situations. They boil down to artistic vision (devloper) versus economic reality (publisher). Defining a release strategy clearly falls into the latter which you unwittingly confirmed with your Schofield example.

Just think about what you're claiming logically. If you were right and creative control overwrites budgetary restraints then developers could basically always claim interference with their "creative control".
What on God's green Earth are you even talking about? No one brought up budgetary restraints. Absolutely no one. You haven't even established Krafton was in charge with budgetary restraints.
Game developement studios don't generate any money unless they release a product. The longer development takes the deeper the publisher has to reach into their pockets. And those pockets will eventually be depleted over time unless new money comes in by releasing the game. So when we talk about moving release dates back and forth we talk about budgetary restraints at the same time. You considering release dates and budgetary restraints as seperate makes it obvious how out of your depth you are on this topic.

I can't wait for people to try SN2, and help us push it to be bigger and better than the previous games.
Since this is a difficult subject for you I'll explain it as easy as possible for you.

A lot of people buy EA => a lot of money comes in => publisher sees the game as a save investment => greater willingness to allow the devs to continue cooking => release of a bigger and (hopefully) better game

Few people buy EA => only a little money comes in => publisher sees the game as a risky investement => lower willingness to allow the devs to continue cooking => rushed release with less content
