I had 4 eyes and then triggered it again because of a cursed item but it just seemed to reset the whole calamity mechanic. I now have no eyes and no calamity showed up.

Was this a bug or is there always a chance it doesn't trigger calamity?

no this is a fanfiction spinoff where characters behave unlike they would in y7, writing has... there's more holes than cheese, and the cheese is flextaped together. much is recycled, price too high, ng+ locked behind extra price

I get into 1v1 fire fight with dude, he dives behind cover and returns a shot.
he remains on my map for 10-15 seconds.
a large chunk of combat is people pre-firing advancing enemies on a point because they were auto spotted some time in the last century
