It's all fun and games until you face Thresh in Quake and get absolutely destroyed.

Neither of us were FPS fans... As much as I played Doom to death, I was kinda over FPS games by the time Quake came out...

I do remember looking at it, but never played it much, and certainly not multiplayer...

Oh, and I just remembered Warcraft 1 and 2 were both in our multiplayer rotation...

FPS peaked with Unreal Tournament / Quake 3, and Rainbow 3/Ghost Recon/ Arma on the tactical side. I still can't get into the boomer shooter revival.

I would suggest removing the broken mods in that case.

The enhanced faction customization is a really good addition, please also let us customize units like heroes. Please fully voice over the game so heroes and diplomacy feel really immersive.
Thanks for making AI faction potential optional, it can reduce the sandbox aspect in some cases. Its good you added islands for a different experience than land-masses.

I don't want to get into a moral argument about capitalism, the facts are:
You bought the game knowing it was in Early Access
Early Access is no guarantee of a finished product

If you don't want to support the practice you can always vote with your wallet, next time.

They do. But they dont know how to balance them. The usual cycle is

Ggg release a great unique.
Everyone use them and make crazy build around it.
The price went up insanely high.
GGG *surprise pikachu* face wondering why nobody use the other build.
GGG nerf those items to the point of barely useable.
Nobody use it anymore.
New players got those items and wondering why these items are so useless.
