I see this is a known problem. It seems that robot assembly gets rounded down, so having less than 1 robot pop assembly on a planet just does nothing. Doesn't matter if there is any biological pop assembly or growth. It has nothing to do with habitability. And it only affects player empires. AI produces robots en masse.
Really sucks in my current game where an UPGRADED robot assembly plant with 200 roboticists working grants me 0.9 pop assembly. I only produce robots on one planet where I got fallen empire tech building so thre are 350 roboticists working.

Now the important question is... are there any signs that this will be fixed in the near future?

Paradox doesn't seem to monitor steam forums. You have to hand deliver them bug reports through their very specific channels. So unless someone reports it, it will never be fixed. Also pretty sure the public is the main source of QA testing done for Paradox games.

Best AR's, a stim that makes you run faster and take less effects from grenades and improves healing. Gets a sling to carry a carbine and and AR. And now it gets the spawn beacon if I remember correctly.

Nothing work for me. I wrote a topic where described my problem and read the other's cases to test if it will fix the problem. No one found the solution. Just don't spend any more time to fix, since it won't change anything. They call it Open Beta for a reason - they want us to test their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ product for free, instead of hiring real testers and pay them

Eventually they will patch the problem (I really hope they will), but I spent too much of my free time to just get Early Access and not be able to play it

sorry EA but im not re-installing and backing up my entire ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SSD just so your borderline spyware anti-cheat can farm bitcoin on my card while im trying to play. Was looking forward to the free weekend too. Shame
