As for the theory, I'm of the opinion that if the knight's identity doesn't explain the knight's connection to Asriel (for example, the final attack or the fact that his favorite character is sword magician, etc.), then the theory is only partially true at best.

This is not correct. The statsitical chances are less than 5% that a civil case will not be settle din the pre-trial phase (whcih si right now). Only 3% ever make it to a verdict. The default is that cases settle. It's that simple.

I don't really mind having "small" villages - in Med Dynasty, for example, I'd generally just have one main village, and then a bunch of small, two-three building outposts dotted around the map.

In the Mountains, I want to make a small farm out in front of the Onsen. In the Temple, really just a woodcutters hut. I'd love to have a major city at the mouth of the river, two districts on both banks, and I'd be fine with a lot of dummy houses and production buildings that aren't actually staffed.
