Doubt many did. For most people, because they lose to her and don't even lab to see what they can do, they think she's braindead "oh, this guy was just doing bs and ran me over, she's braindead".

Xiaoyu was more or less the loser of season 2, being the character that got next to nothing, she got her BT armor, and that's about it, that's worth mentioning, and it's only downhill from there, oki got nerfed and that affected her because she uses oki for setups, her heat also got nerfed not that long ago, and let me remind you that from the get go in T8 they nerfed a lot of her setups and outright removed others as the price she had to pay for the HYP mixup, and now that mixup got nerfed.

As a result, she's got one of the worst winrates in the game at the lowest ranks, and from Fujin and up, she's the lowest winrate in the game, shes doing quite poorly right now, but people will say stuff like "that's because her gimmicks don't work on high ranks" but it's like, her gimmicks don't seem to work at any rank be it Eliminator and bellow or Red or anything. Her "best" is 5th lowest winrate.

I mean red rank xiaous don't know how to use her at all (as most red ranks with their characters) and people are hyperfixated and focused on beating her cause they are affraid of the mythical "xiao is going to crush everything and destroy you" so she get's beat up hard

The security pistol isn't bad, but the base Order weapons do leave much to be desired. Sure, the shotgun and magnum are pretty strong, but the need to use bio arm wraps hurts when they get damaged and suddenly you can't shoot anymore. Even upgrading them once to not be bio-locked makes them dramatically better though.

Now if you wear Order's armor, you don't need arm wraps. Also Mystagogue's armor includes arm wraps effect.
