Is that normal, that a new run will be much harder if you reached new areas?
My last run was Vault, first time there.
With a wand which destroyed all blocks on my screen in a big laser. Was pretty OP and I killed everything out of screen.
Which caused huge fps drops and lagging (under 5 FPS).
But I got killed because that.

My new run, few mins ago, I started with many pipes with gas, traps - which I only know from the 3rd map? These soldiers planted red traps on ground, which will explode.
And other enemies like these spiders.
I don´t know if this was a bugged run but there was nearly only enemies from another map and my beginner wand made zero damage to them.

I found zero water there, only oil, gas and many other dangerous stuff. Same with these acid enemies who can spawn more.

Everything in the first world.. wtf? xD I had zero chance.

Welp. That's stupid. It gave me a quest, impossible to complete.

idk if all of u will see that com, but easy fix is set everythink on low, set worst resolution. Then u should start the game and join the server. When u are on the server u can set everythink back on normal settings. Dev's did somethink with code in menu.
If u cant even start the game try use nvidia or amd application to set low settings

Since not everyone has to do that, including me, i haven't had this directX crash in THIS game with this system, it's far more likely there's an underlying issue with your computer / drivers and you're just plugging a hole so to speak.
