Why make a game VR only when you know most people probably don't have VR in the first place? These devs are projecting too hard on the audience. They have VR so they think everyone must have it. VR is not universal yet so unless you have some groundbreaking sword and sorcery game most people will not buy your game...

Because Flat2D & VR games are made differently.

Flat 2D the view if fixed, the player is outside the game watching a 2D screen (Monitor), and using K+M/Gamepad controls moves a cursor on that 2D screen to aim/shoot.

VR the view is 360 around the player, the player is INSIDE the game, and use his/her hands to play for real as having the weapons and real aim/shoot.

So you have to built everything around those differences or make an hybrid game to be able to use BOTH ways.

So, more work, more money to produce it, more time invested, and support on also both ways, etc.

Okay, gotcha. The reason is simply. assumption of innocence. In this framework the accsuer fights and uphil battle. They need to cross a certain threshold BEFORE I am willing to believe them because they are making an accusation. Krafton does not need to cross any threshold because they are the defendant. UWE needs to proof that what they say is exactly what happened. Krafton simply needs to have an alternate explanation that's equally plausible.

Correct. And Krafton's reply isn't evidence either. Both legal documents give us some inetresting insight though.

UWE seems to bank on the judge mostly agreeing with their characterization of what alledgedly happended. And Krafon seems to bank on the judge mostly interpeting the accquisition contract in their favor which would give them carte blanche for what they did.

Personally I find the latter to be more appealing. "Judge, just read the contract" without much additional spin reads like a position of confidence to me. Especially coming from a company which has done a lot of paperwork like that during multiple accquisitions in recent years. But it could also be hubris. I guess we'll see

MGS4 shouldn't even be counted as canon anymore, game had potential but more or less it was kojima just trying to get the franchise off his back.

MGSV is better then 4. Only thing MGSV doesn't have is the Otacon/Solid GOAT friendship.

I thought that might be the case which is why I did Serpent Stacks first but definitely not there. I guess I'll just have to finish everything else and hope I bump into it or there's some dark glitter left when I'm done

Yeah tried to make a deep desert base with it today and it won't work for me either

when ever im in a vr game sometimes my desktop becomes unusable i can still see it but i cant click anything on my desktop but the keyboard works with the desktop and i always have to go to my computer press windows + L click my mouse 2 times and my desktop works again idk how to fix it without doing that so if anyone knows why thank you
