The item description says its a handheld device.

it is actually only a construction item in your base layout.

Is this intended function? It makes it way less useful as you cant access the global storage globally... its becomes a glorified cupboard.....

Yeah I was thinking as much.

I guess I was holding onto them because of my old loadouts, but as I get more T4 armour it's becoming more and more clear that I need to let them go.
