Just Got a False Ban CS2

Playing Deathmatch on Inferno, on T spawn there is a little bridge connecting the 2 buildings. Anyway I am lurking looking for my next kill I hear someone spawn inside the building, I wait until he moves forward and spray him through the bridge from beneath. (I don't know if I did any damage but I'm assuming I did because of what I'm about to talk about later) I hear him run down the stairs of the building to the left where there is an exit and we will have a clear line of sight. He hops out, I kill him, Start lurking aging. A few seconds after I GET BANNED! I think what has happened was the guy I killed just reported me and VAC Live saw the last few seconds of me spraying at him and then killing him and decided to just off me :(, I have never cheated in a game in my life (Obovuilsy its the internet you don't have to believe me) and I read somewhere that this is permanent. is this true? I need help! Vavle pls fix

Game bans in cs2 are for either cheating, griefing, or matchmaking manipulation.

False bans will automatically be removed at a later date, otherwise game bans in cs2 are permanent and can't be appealed.

Your GAME ban has nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

Bans are delayed, so what you were doing at the time is irrelevant.

Yes the ban is permanent and cannot be remove by Steam Support or anyone on the forums.

game bans are not VAC bans. you have no idea how many people I've killed through walls from pure luck

There's a lot of false positive happing recently which has even affected semi/pro players, influencers etc. If you're telling the truth and are genuinely affected by false ban -I'm not here to judge- then you shouldn't be worried too much! just create a support ticket and wait.

Valve will most likely reverse these bans after reviewing them. In the meantime, join the group of affected few and their discord to stay updated. since mods here are blindingly closing this serious emerging issue with their generic scripts to follow.

Also don't listen to other's opinion, they are not here to help, they just seek attention.

Err support can't do ANYTHING they simply don't have the authority to reverse bans

Steam Support does not need to do anything about false bans. They are taken care of automatically, if they are found to be false, not that this forum has anything to do with game bans (it does not).

I was false banned a few days ago. I've seen people say false bans are removed after a few days, two weeks at the most, but then there are people who have been banned by the high DPI bug like myself 40 days out and no end in sight.

I guess we will see but there is nothing anyone here or any steam support can do. There is literally nothing you can do but wait, It will or it wont, despite what people here may claim.
