Baneo por HIALGOBoost

Hola caballeros, me encuentro el día de hoy después de mucho tiempo ... he vuelto a steam... entrando con la sorpresita del baneo en mi maravilloso L4D2, según dice fue hace 70 días que me banearon... creo que el baneo ocurrió por un programa que usaba para renderizar (HIAlgoBoost) el juego, para que el juego de por si me corriera mucho mas fluido ya que mi pc no es muy potente ... por esto mismo ... Quisiera ver si es que ese programa lo detecto como hack ... pero lo unico que hace este es bajar las graficas del juego... para un mejor rendimiento .. si es posible podrian ayudarme o desbanearme para seguir disfrutando de su maravilloso juego

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it.

Yes, we are very familiar with what that program is. We have had to explain many times here that this excuse is old and nonsense, and will not cause a VAC ban :

Also, Valve will never tell anyone what cheat was detected to cause a VAC ban. So even if HialgoBoost could cause a VAC ban, no one would tell you that was detected.

Finally, the ban was applied correctly. Incorrectly applied VAC bans get removed automatically. After 70 days, it's pretty safe to say that's not happening in your case :

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it will automatically be removed.

"Can I appeal my VAC ban?"

No. VAC bans cannot be appealed. If a VAC ban is issued incorrectly it will be automatically removed after investigation, but Steam Support does not manually remove VAC bans applied to accounts for any reason.
