Did Stranglehold Ever Come To Steam

I searched but it's not on here I have found a video people have uploaded but not the game I played it on 360 thought it was a cool quick shooter.

Looks like it may have been a games for windows live exclusive.

Can't find much about it being on (or possibly being on) Steam.

It has a PC viersine if you want it on Steam ask the of the game to do so they may add it

Akhem, Stranglehold is NOT "Games for Windows Live" game but "Games for Windows" one, which only means that it complies with some standards set by Microsoft something something and doesn't always mean that it uses GFWL.
Oh and by the way, the game does not support Xbox 360 controller if it's important for you.
