I received an email from Paypal giving me the start and end date of Steam's annual fall sale which is from 11/26 - 12/1. Has anyone received this exact email from Paypal?

If anything, Valve restarted the whole of Steam network to refresh the system ready for the big sale coming up.

Winter sale is normally around the 25th December and 10-11 days forward. So it is still a gap of some 3 weeks or so.

at holiday sale there is normally some event going on to keep it interesting, like summer sale. autumn sale is more for the people who can't wait until holiday sale to buy their stuff. both sales have nearly the same discounts if a games goes on sale in both but holiday has a higher chance of bigger discounts.
