Sorry! An error was encountered while processing your request: Failed to upload the file.

Whenever I'm trying to upload an artwork for my profile, this error appears. Please help!

filesize might be too big, or wrong format.

I'm trying to upload a gif file and I believe that the max size is 10 mb right? and the file I'm uploading is just 418 kb

then possibly the client doesn't support gif?

what do you mean by that? I saw other people have gifs in their art showcase, please explain... I don't really have that much info when it comes to this things. I tried googling it but I can't find any answer.

I've been having the same problem trying to upload my SFM posters. At this point I'm starting to think the problem is on Steam's side

if youre getting the gifs from tumblr and they arent working u can save them on ur phone n send to urself on discord, thats how i got mine to work : )
