Can you transfer Steam Wallet money into PayPal money?
You sell some keys from e.g. Team Fortress 2 on the Community Market and you have some cash in your Steam Wallet. Now, can you transfer that money to your PayPal account and then go to the bank and transfer it to real money?

I don't think so. I think you can put money in to the Steam Wallet from Pay Pal. But not bring it out.

Nope. It is a one way road. From Paypal to Steam wallet.

So, even if I'm rich on Steam, I'm not rich in real life? ♥♥♥♥

Well, it's relative. You can be a hundredaire on Steam, but no more. Well, unless you sell your account, I guess, which probably isn't allowed. Anyway, you can only have, I believe, $500 in your Steam wallet, max, at any given point in time.

If you unbox an insanely rare and expensive TF2 Unusual and sell it in Steam Marketplace, you can only use that money on Steam. Money that goes into Steam never comes out of Steam, unless you try to sell something for real money, in which case you are likely being scammed and will end up with nothing.
