Good micro-management game?

I'm looking for a good micro-management type game, something that involves managing a colony or a company etc.
I absolutely don't want anything related to combat or aliens or zombies.
Just pure data management.

On Democracy 3 you have to manage a government. That's my suggestion.

Not bad, I was actually looking at that at one stage.

I also like the look of Project Aura but it's not quite there yet, needs more time.

If you are an adult - become an actuary.

If you a child - become the secretary of your school's computer club.

WARNING - the restart button on both of these is really dodgy so you might want to bring your best game to the table.

sprread sheets game try x2 the threat
you dont have to do the combat i just get a company up and running.
