Rare/Removed Games

Do u own amy games that were removed from the store? If so what are they and are they rare?

I own Superfrog which was a game for the Amiga and played with a joystick. It was removed from the store because the name was copyrighted by an oceanography company.

I have the first version of micky's illusion castle, then it was removed, but then later they put it back for some reason?

I did want to get specs ops the line.

NOTE: They also did same thing with ALAN WAKE 1. Apparently they removed it and replaced the licensed music in it. Then they put it back onto steam.

I also have some other delisted games, like Final Fantasy 6 and the original sonic 1-3, which includes the music from micheal jackson in sonic 3.



Also, a annoyng square enix trick was to sell that dragon quest game, removed it and sold the S version. I am still mad about that.

Alpha Protocol but it was later relisted. Other than that basic version of Sleeping Dogs, which kinda fits because you now can only buy Definitive Edition.

I also have a bunch of Indie rpgs that got delisted, but i doubt they could be called "Rare" though. They were removed though.

Why did they take the old gta’s out

I have the 2009 "Prey", the survival horror "SAW" game from 2011 which goes for like 1400 bucks for a key by now, "Spec Ops The Line" , the two Transformers " War for Cybertron" games and i am sure a few others but i dont actively look for them .

Rockstar.

There was an assumption that Rockstar was going to remake them like they did with III, VC, and SA. But it's been years now with no word of 1 and 2 ever returning. 1 and 2 take work to actually play them on modern systems. So, in a way, Rockstar has responsibly removed broken games for sale.
