Steam support / Keylogger

My Steam account has been hacked by an keylogger and i sended an ticket to steam support, its already been 3 days that a ive been waiting for an reply, how long does it take steam support to help me??!?!? the guy that hacked my account is sending to all my friends the same keylog program and he already hacked 3 of them and i cant warning them this starting to get really anoying!!

did you downloaded anything dodgy?

Lock your account. That's pretty much the first thing you should of done.
Scan for any malware.
Contact Steam Support.

Like a good friend of my i play always csgo with he sended me something for an update what i needed but my friend also was hacked and i didnt now so i downloaded it and my steam went off and a minute later my steam account email was changed and everything i booted my pc off and installed an new clean windows on it and sended a support ticket, i know its stupid that i download something but it was a close friend IRL that sended me the file but i didnt know he was hacked. aswell

i cant even acces my account where i send those messages is with my brothers account :(

I cant lock my account he changed the email addres of my account witouth recieving any message on my gmail
