Cmd.exe opens for a short time
The game rolling up while i using the browser steam during the game, then opens briefly cmd.exe (~ 1 second), then the command line disappears. And so constantly happens when I want to open a new tab in the browser steam.

This also happens when I go to the client into steam Shop > Stats.

that is a way to enable flash content, stats are flash graphs.
