A game while I'm working?
A steam game that I can play while I'm doing something else? That I can put on half the screen while the other half is working or doing something else, without it being “heavy” as a game? I tried Shakes and Fidget but didn't like it that much.

Any turn-based games, visual novels, puzzle, point & click.

Any game that has low interaction/engagement, can easily be paused or doesn't require immediate action.

I usually have something like Motorsport Manager or Gems of War or such active on my phone.

Depending on how engaged you need to be with your work Vampire Survivor may be a good option. Just walking around and making occasional decisions and then quickly pause if you REALLY gotta focus on a work task for a moment.
Maybe look for mobile/tablet games on google playstore.

Most of those are idle games.

A fun card or board game can be fitting as well. Usually works in turns.

Edit: Or something like Loop Hero.

Idle games are good while working. Most can be played while doing something else.
