Steam games data ripped?

so i just wanted to ask if there is such a thing like it so basically what i wanted to ask is , is there websites or like torrents that lets you download original steam game files but ripped without losing it data like how the pirated games are ripped like a 20 gb games sometimes gets ripped to a 10 gb installer so and my net sucks i wanted to download metal gear solid V but 20 something GB is a lot isnt there someone who rips out original updated game data and you just download it and then extract it to the full 20 gb and then i install it from steam and just happily ever after play the game

No, there is no such thing, it would be against the SSA to change and redistribute games.

not change like compress it to .rar files with a lower file bytes then after you extract it nothing is changed not even a single file ..

That is all ready done, games on Steam are compressed when downloaded, if you notice there are two lines in the download window, one is for the download, the second is for Disk use, when it decomprese the files

Downloading from an unauthorized site is piracy, reguardless if you have a license for the game.
